CleanTech Park

Cleantech Park is the first eco-business park in Singapore , which is R&D and test-bedding hub for early adoption of green technology and solutions. This clean tech hub is adjacent to Nanyang Technological University (NTU), which enables knowledge sharing and promoting partnerships between businesses and the academe. Clean Tech One is the first development in Clean Tech Park with the six-storey two-towered building with over 37,000 square metres of space will house various local and international organisations to create a diverse hub for clean technology. It aims to gather different companies and institutions engaged in green research and development under one roof. It also showcases the concerted effort between JTC Corporation and Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) in driving clean technology industry in Singapore.

So far, 22 organisations have set up in CleanTech One, such as Danish water firm DHI Water and Environment, Sinomem Technology from China, semiconductor company Advantec, thermal systems firm Solid Asia, energy solutions company Diamond Energy, and Japanese carbon fibre producer Toray Industries.

CleanTech Two, which took two-and-a-half years to build, is the second building in Clean Tech Park and is located just next to Nanyang Technological University (NTU). The five-storey building, which rests on a 0.9ha site and has a total gross floor area of 22,300sqm, provides workshop-like spaces for heavy research and for prototyping activities for manufacturing technologies. The building also includes laboratory and office spaces as well as fitted labs for incubators.
