With a gross floor area of about 11,000 sqm, the three-storey Canberra Plaza presents a one-stop destination for residents, with communal facilities such as an event plaza and a water playground for the children, as well as a supermarket, food courts, restaurants, clinics, and enrichment centres right at their doorstep. Canberra Plaza is also designed to provide direct access to the upcoming Canberra MRT station and seamless connectivity to housing precincts across Canberra Way. It is expected to be completed in 2019.

The three-storey development includes an event plaza, pockets of greenery, a water playground, a wide range of retail choices, food courts, restaurants, clinics, enrichment centres and a supermarket. It presents a one-stop destination for all generations.

Canberra Plaza offers a 24-hour pedestrian access thoroughfare to the precinct green and facilities. A wide variety of social and community spaces is located on landscaped decks, giving residents a choice of recreational facilities.

The sheltered Estuary-themed event plaza is designed for community activities which add vibrancy to the development. Beyond the 24-hour access thoroughfare is the lushly landscaped precinct green equipped with 3-Generation fitness and play facilities. A childcare centre is located nearby and opens onto the precinct green, encouraging interactive learning.

The NC is designed to link with the MRT station. An elevated link bridge connects the development directly to the future Canberra MRT Station, providing convenience for both residents and shoppers in this neighbourhood. An overhead bridge will connect Canberra Plaza with the housing precincts located across Canberra Way.
