Developer sold 156 Executive Condominiums (EC) units in January 2016
EC new sales bucked the trend with 156 units snapped up in the month, a 26% uptick from 124 units sold in December 2015. The Amore in Punggol topped the chart with developers effecting 24 deals in the month at a median price of $799 psf. The Brownstone at Canberra Drive, Sembawang, came in second with 21 new ECs sold at a median price of $810 psf followed by The Vales at Anchorvale Crescent, Sengkang, with 16 units sold at a median price of $803psf.
