注: 执行公管公寓EC是一种获得政府津贴,结合私人和组屋元素的混合型住宅项目,由私人发展商设计建造和销售,但买家必须符合建屋局的相关规定才可申请购买。
这些主要规定有: 1)买家必须是新加坡公民家庭; 2)家庭月收入不超过$14,000元; 3)名下没有私人房产; 4)之前最多享受过一次政府购房津贴; 5) EC家庭必须住满至少5年时间才能转售给公民或者永久居民,并且在这段时间不能出租这套单位或者其它私人住宅等等。
